Before founding Sunlight Electric, Erlichman was a technology marketing executive and entrepreneur, a management strategy consultant at Booz-Allen & Hamilton, and one of Proctor & Gamble's youngest brand managers at the age of twenty-five. Erlichman holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Cornell University in Applied Economics.
In addition to his role at Sunlight Electric, Erlichman is involved in industry-wide efforts to help accelerate the adoption of solar power. He recently co-authored a white paper featured in the Red Herring entitled, "What the Solar Power Industry Can Learn from Google" and Erlichman also advises The Clean Energy States Alliance on ways their member state solar subsidy program managers can implement standards and practices that level the playing field for manufacturers and solar integrators and ensure transparency for consumers. Rob also serve on the advisory council for Entrepreneurship@Cornell, an innovative multi-disciplinary effort to connect Cornell students with University-wide entrepreneurship resources.
Michael brings a wealth of sales, customer service, and financial experience having joined Sunlight Electric from a senior position at InBev, SA (the world's largest brewer), where he was responsible for sales in the Western United States. Prior to InBev, Michael worked as a guide with Backroads, the outdoor travel company, and as a derivatives trader in the agricultural markets. Michael holds a Bachelors of Arts in English Literature from Fordham University and a Masters of Business Administration from the University of San Francisco.
Helen is an experienced entrepreneur and business development professional, having co-founded Walkwire, which continues to thrive as a provider of outsourced business centers to the hospitality industry. There she managed sales and product development efforts, and prior to starting Walkwire in 2002, she held senior marketing and business development positions with technology and retail companies including Williams-Sonoma and WeddingChannel.com. Helen holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Smith College in Economics and completed coursework at the London School of Economics. She is a Certified Green Building Professional and serves as Commissioner on the Treasure Island Development Authority Board.
Kelvin Taylor is an experienced sales, management, and sustainability professional. Before joining Sunlight Electric he was Director of Sales for the K-12 Education Group for Key Curriculum Press, an innovative publisher of mathematics and science educational materials. Kelvin has also worked as a research analyst in energy efficiency and pollution reduction. Kelvin holds an MBA in Sustainable Management from the Presidio School of Management and his undergraduate academic work includes studies in geophysics, geology, mathematics, and liberal arts from Occidental College and California State University East Bay.
Glenn has twenty years of consultative sales and sales management experience providing finance solutions to leading technology companies. During his career in technology vendor finance and at large financial institutions, he funded over $2 billion worth of hardward and software sales. As a Senior VP at JPMorganChase, he built a $550 million leasing portfolio with an ROI over 50%. Glenn received an MBA for JP Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern and a degree in Economics from Stanford University.
